Professional Vacuum-Brazed Rescue Blades for Multi-Material Cutting

Emergency cutting applications often require a single blade capable of handling many different construction materials without frequent blade changes.

DIATOP RESCUE BLADES are designed as all-round cutting blades using vacuum-brazing technology for a wide range of construction materials.

The side-protection version features silicon carbide coating on the steel core to support smooth cutting, while a version without side protection is also available for applications where a standard blade profile is preferred.

Both versions are designed for dry cutting and are available in multiple diameters for rescue, demolition, and general multi-material cutting applications.

Type of Equipment: H (Handheld Saws)

Q1. What blade is recommended for emergency multi-material cutting?

A. DIATOP RESCUE BLADES are designed for emergency applications where many different construction materials may need to be cut with one blade. They use vacuum-brazed construction and are available both with and without side protection.

Q2. What materials can DIATOP RESCUE BLADES cut?

A. DIATOP RESCUE BLADES are specified for cured concrete, reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, concrete pile, brick, block, roof tile, porcelain tile, terrazzo, stone, FRP, PVC pipe, ductile iron, cast iron, rubber, waste tire, steel pipe, electric cable, fiber board, stucco, wood, and plastics.

Q3. What is the difference between the RESCUE BLADE with side protection and without side protection?

A. The side-protection version includes side protection and a silicon carbide coating on the steel core to support smooth cutting. The other version is supplied without side protection. Both are designed for dry multi-material cutting and use the same standard 1"-20 (25.4-20) arbor with driving pin hole.
