Sintering
The sintering process applies controlled heat treatment to the pressed segments in order to optimize hardness and bonding performance.
Heat treatment is performed using hydrogen, vacuum, and nitrogen furnaces depending on the application requirements.
By preventing over-sintering and under-sintering, the process maximizes durability, cutting efficiency, and overall tool performance.
After sintering, all segments are inspected using hardness testing equipment to ensure the required hardness standards are achieved.
